Cookie policy

What this site stores in your browser, which other services your browser contacts while you use it, and how to change your choice. Every name on this page is one the site actually uses: if it is not listed here, the site does not set it.

In effect since 9 October 2026

01The short version

If you accept nothing, browsing the site installs no cookie at all. Visits are counted without cookies, on our server's side.

The only tool that sets cookies is Microsoft Clarity, which helps us see where people get stuck. It loads only if you accept it in the banner, and you can change that decision at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of any page.

We use no advertising or social media cookies, and we sell your data to nobody.

02What each thing is

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser, which the browser sends back on every visit. Local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) is similar, but it travels nowhere: it stays on your device and only the page that wrote it can read it.

03The cookies that exist

NameWhose and what forWhen it exists and how long it lasts
__Host-ngt_sessionOurs. Keeps the admin panel session openNecessary, only if you administer the site. 30 days
__Secure-ngt_trayOurs. Keeps the session of Trayectoria, an internal tool, open; it only travels under /trayectoriaNecessary, only if you use that tool. 30 days
_clckMicrosoft Clarity. A random identifier for your browser, so you are not counted twiceOnly if you accept analytics. 1 year
_clskMicrosoft Clarity. Groups the pages of a single visitOnly if you accept analytics. 1 day

Clarity records where people click, how far they scroll and where a form is abandoned. It does not store what you type into fields.

04What is stored in your browser without being a cookie

None of this leaves your device and we do not read it. It is there so the site works as you expect, and it is declared because it takes up space in your browser and you have the right to know.

NameWhat it storesDuration
ngt-consentWhat you chose in the cookie banner: the banner version, the date and whether you accepted analytics. Without it we would have to ask you again on every pageUntil you change it or clear your browser data
ngt-brief-draft-…The draft of the project questionnaire, with whatever you wrote — including your name, email and phone — so you don't lose it if the tab closesUntil you send it (it deletes itself) or clear your browser data
ngt-catalogo-seleccion · ngt-catalogo-notaThe effects you picked in the catalogue and the request you wrote there, so they reach the questionnaireUntil you send the questionnaire (they delete themselves)
ngt-brief-vuelve-del-catalogoA marker that takes you back to the same spot in the questionnaire when you return from the catalogue (sessionStorage)Until you close the tab

05Other services your browser requests things from

Some parts of the site are not on our server, and your browser requests them directly from another service. That sets no cookies, but the service receives what any site you visit receives: your IP address and your browser's technical details.

ServiceWhat your browser requestsWhen
Cloudinary (United States)The site icon and some images and videos of the case studies; and, if you upload images to the questionnaire, it receives and stores themOn almost every page
Google Fonts (Google, United States)The 25 typefaces shown so you can choose one for your projectOnly in the questionnaire, when you reach the typeface question
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft, United States)The Clarity script and what it records about your visitOnly if you accept analytics

The fact that this data leaves Argentina is explained in the Privacy policy, under “Your data leaves the country”.

06How visits are counted without cookies

Our server records which page was viewed, the language, which site you came from, the device type and the country. To know how many distinct people visit without recording who they are, it computes two codes from your IP address, your browser and a key only the server has: one that changes every day and one that does not. The IP address is not stored, and neither code can be reversed to recover it. It is fully explained in the Privacy policy.

None of that is stored in your browser, so it does not depend on what you choose in the banner.

07How to change your choice

“Cookie preferences”, at the foot of any page, reopens the banner showing what you had chosen. Rejecting is one click away and just as easy to reach as accepting.

If you turn analytics off, the site deletes the _clck and _clsk cookies from your browser right then, and Clarity stops loading. If Clarity was already running in that tab, it stays in memory until you reload it: a site cannot unload a third-party script that has already run.

You can also delete the site's cookies and data from your browser settings. If you do, the banner will ask you again next time.

08What the law says

In Argentina we found no specific law on cookies (search of official sources as of 9 October 2026). We apply Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection: processing data requires the data subject's “free, express and informed” consent (art. 5), preceded by the information required by art. 6 — what for, who receives it, who the controller is and their address, and how to exercise your rights — which is what this page and the Privacy policy contain. And that consent “may be revoked at any time” (Decree 1558/2001, Annex I, art. 5), which is what the link at the foot of the page does.

That is why analytics is treated as if its cookies were personal data, even though they do not identify you by name: nothing loads until you say yes.

09What happened on 25 and 26 August 2026

On those two days the site had Google Analytics active, without asking, and it set the Google cookies _ga and _ga_25367ST0E6. It was disconnected as soon as this was noticed and the policies were corrected the same day. If you visited the site on those dates, those two cookies may still be in your browser: they can be deleted from its settings, and they will not be set again from here.

10Changes and contact

If the site starts using anything new that stores data in your browser or requests things from another service, this page is updated first. If it needs your permission, the banner asks you again: nothing new is enabled on the strength of a “yes” you gave for something else.

The controller is the holder identified at the foot of this page, with their address. Questions are received at the email address shown there.
