This site is owned and operated by the holder identified at the foot of this page, trading under the name NGT Servicios Informáticos. Any question, complaint or request related to these terms is received at the email address shown there.

Using the site means accepting these terms. If you disagree with any of them, the option is not to use it.

It is a presentation site for IT services: custom website and system development, automation and support. It shows completed work and lets you request a quote.

It is not a store. Nothing is sold or charged here: there is no cart, no online payment, no automatic contracting. Every project is agreed beforehand in writing, with its own quote and its own conditions, which are what govern that engagement — not these terms.

The information published — service descriptions, case studies, timelines or figures — is indicative and may change without notice. Nothing here constitutes a binding offer or a guarantee of results.

You may browse the site, read it, share its links and download the software offered, for your own or your company's use.

Not permitted: attempting to access restricted areas or other people's data; interfering with the site's operation or deliberately overloading it; extracting its content in bulk by automated means to reproduce it elsewhere; or using the site for illegal activity or to harm anyone.

Sending the contact form or completing a project questionnaire starts a conversation. It creates no obligation: neither for you to hire, nor for NGT to take the work or reply within a set time.

What you write there is used only to reply to you and assess the project. Which data is stored, for how long and how to ask for it to be deleted is detailed in the Privacy policy.

By submitting them, you confirm the data is yours or that you are authorised to provide it, and that it is accurate.

This site's design, its texts, its code and its own graphic assets belong to its holder. They may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission, beyond what the law allows.

The work shown in the projects section belongs to the clients it was made for. It is published for professional reference, with their names and brands, which belong to their respective owners. If you own one of them and want it taken down, write to the email at the foot of this page and it will be taken down.

The screenshots illustrating each case correspond to published, publicly accessible sites. They do not show admin panels or those businesses' customer data.

NGT Optimizador can be downloaded from this site free of charge. Read this clause carefully, because it is a program that modifies your computer's configuration.

— It runs with administrator privileges. It needs them for what it does: changing Windows settings, network adapter settings and system services.

— It is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee that it will run without errors, that it is compatible with every configuration, or that it will produce any particular performance improvement.

— The decision to install and run it is yours, and so is responsibility for its effects on your machine, your data and your software. Before applying changes it is advisable to have a backup and a restore point.

— No liability is accepted for direct or indirect damage arising from its use, including data loss, work interruption or malfunction of the operating system or other software.

— Download it only from this site. A copy obtained elsewhere may have been modified, and no responsibility whatsoever is accepted for such copies.

The program checks this site to see whether a new version exists. It does not send your installed version, an identifier or any data about your machine: it simply requests a fixed file and compares the number on its own. Nor does it download or install anything by itself — if a new version exists, it says so, and the decision to get it remains yours.

There are links to client sites, social networks and third-party services. Those sites have their own terms and their own data policies, and no responsibility is accepted for their content, their availability or what they do with visitors' information.

Reasonable effort is made to keep the site available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. It may be down for maintenance, because of a hosting provider failure or for reasons beyond control, and it may be modified or discontinued at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or the software downloaded from it. None of this limits rights that Argentine law recognises as non-waivable.

These terms may change. The governing version is always the one published on this page, and the date it took effect is shown above. If a change is significant, notice is given on the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In case of any dispute, the first step is to resolve it directly by writing to the email at the foot of this page. Failing agreement, the ordinary courts corresponding to the holder's domicile shall intervene, without prejudice to the jurisdiction the law grants to anyone qualifying as a consumer.
