Privacy policy
What data this site stores, what for, who it is shared with and how to ask for it to be deleted. It is written from what the site actually does: every piece of data named here is a field that exists in the database.
In effect since 5 September 2026
01Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the holder identified at the foot of this page. Access, rectification or deletion requests are received at the email address shown there.
02What data is stored
If you fill in the contact form: your name, your email, and — if you provide them — your phone number and company, plus the type of enquiry and the message you write. The language you were browsing in and which site you came from are also stored.
If you complete a project questionnaire: your first and last name, your email, your phone number, the project name, the sector and the answers you gave.
When you visit a page: the page address, the language, the domain you arrived from, whether you came from a desktop, phone or tablet, and the country as two letters. None of that identifies you.
When you download the Optimizador: the same as for a visit, plus the version you downloaded.
03Your IP address is not stored
To count how many distinct people visit without recording who they are, the site computes a code from your IP address, your browser and the day's date. Only the result of that computation is stored: the IP address is never written anywhere, and the code cannot be reversed to recover it.
The code changes every day. That means whoever returns tomorrow is, to the counter, someone new: nobody can be tracked over time, nor can the total number of distinct visitors be known. It is a limitation accepted on purpose, in exchange for not having to identify anyone.
04Automated WhatsApp assistance
If you write to our WhatsApp number, the first thing that answers you is an automated system with artificial intelligence, not a person. The agent identifies itself as such at the start of the conversation: we will never let you believe you are talking to someone when you are not.
What data we process on that channel
— Your phone number.
— The profile name you have set in WhatsApp.
— The content of the messages you send us: text, images and voice notes.
— A summary of the conversation, so we recognise you if you write again and do not have to ask you for everything once more.
— Date and time of the messages.
What happens to what you write
Your message arrives through the WhatsApp platform, operated by Meta Platforms, and is stored on our server. To generate the reply, the content is sent to third-party language models, which means it leaves Argentina. See the section “Your data leaves the country”.
Voice notes are converted to text only in order to understand what you asked for. We do not use your voice to identify you, we do not generate voiceprints, and we do not use it for any other purpose. Images are processed to understand what you are showing, and are neither published nor used for anything else.
The conversation is stored. This is not a chat that disappears: we keep the history and its summary for 12 months from your last message, to give you continuity and to have a record of what was agreed.
You can ask to speak with a person at any time by writing “quiero hablar con una persona”, “humano” or “asesor”. You do not have to justify anything.
Do not send us sensitive data on this channel
Do not send us health data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, sex life or criminal records (arts. 2 and 7 of Law No. 25,326). Nor passwords, banking credentials, verification codes or card numbers. We do not ask for them and we do not need them; if they reach us anyway, we delete them as soon as we notice.
How to opt out or ask for deletion
— To stop receiving messages from us: write BAJA in the chat.
— To have us delete the conversation and your data: write BORRAR MIS DATOS in the chat, or email us at staff@ngt-servicios.com stating the phone number you wrote to us from.
We process the request within five (5) business days, in accordance with article 16, subsection 2 of Law No. 25,326. It is free and we will not ask you for explanations.
05Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and sells your data to nobody. If you accept nothing, no cookie is installed on your device: the visit measurement described above works without them.
If you accept analytics in the banner, Microsoft Clarity is loaded and sets two first-party cookies: _clck, which lasts a year and keeps you from being counted twice, and _clsk, which lasts a day and groups the pages of one visit. Clarity anonymously records where people click and how far they scroll, so we can fix what gets in the way. It does not store what you type into fields.
You can change that decision whenever you want from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of any page. Rejecting is one click away and just as easy to reach as accepting.
Beyond that there is the admin panel cookie, which only keeps the session of whoever administers the site. It has nothing to do with public browsing.
Between 25 and 26 August 2026 the site had Google Analytics active, which does set Google cookies (_ga and _ga_25367ST0E6). It was disconnected as soon as this was noticed and these lines were corrected the same day. If you visited the site on those dates, those two cookies may still be in your browser: you can delete them from your browser settings, and they will not be set again from here.
If another tool that requires cookies is added at some point, this page is updated first and the banner asks you again. Nothing is enabled before you choose.
06What the data is used for
Form data is used to reply to you, understand what you need and prepare a quote. Nothing else. It is not sold, not transferred for commercial purposes, and not used to send you advertising you did not ask for.
Visit data is used to know which pages are read and where people arrive from, in order to improve the site.
07Who the data is shared with
We share data only with the providers we need in order to operate, and only to the extent indispensable. All of them act as data processors, are bound by confidentiality and may not use the data for their own purposes.
| Provider | What for | Where it processes the data |
|---|---|---|
| Hostinger | Site hosting | [COMPLETAR: región] |
| Neon | Site database | United States (AWS, us-east-1) |
| Cloudinary | Images | United States |
| Resend | Email notifications | United States |
| Meta Platforms | Carrying WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages | United States and other countries |
| OpenRouter | Routes messages to the language models | United States |
| Anthropic, OpenAI, Google | Generate the agent's replies | United States and other countries |
| Hostinger | Our own server running the agent and its database | European Union |
| Backblaze B2 | Encrypted backups | United States |
We may also share data with competent judicial or administrative authorities where a valid legal order exists, and with our accountant where necessary to meet tax obligations, under a duty of professional secrecy.
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not transfer it for commercial purposes.
08Your data leaves the country
We are saying it plainly because article 12 of Law No. 25,326 requires us to: in order to provide the service, some of your data is processed outside Argentina.
European Union (the agent's server)
The supervisory authority regards European Union member states as countries with an adequate level of protection, so this transfer requires no additional safeguards.
United States (Meta, OpenRouter, the model providers, and the site services)
The United States is not recognised as a country with an adequate level of protection. For these transfers we rely on your express consent, provided for in article 12 of Decree 1558/2001; on the contractual data protection commitments those providers undertake; and on technical measures: we send only what is indispensable, we encrypt communications, and we encrypt backups before they leave our server.
If you do not want your data processed abroad, do not use the WhatsApp agent: email us at staff@ngt-servicios.com and we will assist you that way.
09How long data is kept
Enquiries and questionnaires are kept for as long as they serve the commercial relationship or accountability for work done, and are deleted when they stop being relevant or when you ask.
Visit and download records are kept in aggregate for statistics. As they identify no one, there is nobody to return them to or delete them for.
10Your rights
You may request access to any data held about you, correct it if it is wrong, update it, or ask for it to be deleted. This is done by writing to the email at the foot of this page, and it costs nothing. These are the timeframes:
— Access: we provide the information within ten (10) calendar days, in accordance with article 14, subsection 2 of Law No. 25,326.
— Rectification, update or deletion: within five (5) business days, in accordance with article 16, subsection 2.
The data subject has the right to exercise access to their data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, in accordance with article 14, subsection 3 of Argentine Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory body for Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims brought by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with data protection legislation.
11Advertising communications
If we send you communications for advertising purposes, we do so only where you gave us your consent or where you are a client and did not object.
You may at any time request the removal or blocking, in whole or in part, of your name from our database. It is free, immediate and you do not have to give any explanation: write BAJA on WhatsApp or email us at staff@ngt-servicios.com.
If you ask us, we will also tell you where we obtained your data.
National “Do Not Call” Registry
Law No. 26,951 created a free registry where anyone can register their lines to stop receiving advertising. You can register at https://nollame.aaip.gob.ar. The supervisory authority takes the view that the regime also covers instant messaging, and we apply that criterion: if your number is registered, we do not send you advertising messages on WhatsApp.
12Security
The site is always served over an encrypted connection. Access to the panel where enquiries are read is password-protected and limited to site administration. No system is infallible, but reasonable measures are taken to keep data from being exposed.
13Minors
This site is aimed at people over 18 and does not knowingly seek or collect data from minors. If you notice that a minor has submitted data, write to the email at the foot of this page and it will be deleted.
14Changes to this policy
If what the site does with data changes, this page changes, and the date above reflects it. If a change is significant, notice is given on the site.
15Third-party data we process on behalf of our clients
In development services, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook automation, and advertising campaign management, NGT acts as a data processor on behalf of its client, who is the controller of that data.
In that role we process the data solely on the client's instructions, we do not use it for our own purposes nor cross-reference it with our own databases, and when the engagement ends we return or destroy it as they instruct.
If you are someone who wrote to the account of one of our clients, the controller of your data is that company and you should address your requests to them. Even so, if you write to us, we forward your request to whoever it concerns and let you know we did.
