Privacy policy

The data controller is the holder identified at the foot of this page. Access, rectification or deletion requests are received at the email address shown there.

If you fill in the contact form: your name, your email, and — if you provide them — your phone number and company, plus the type of enquiry and the message you write. The language you were browsing in and which site you came from are also stored.

If you complete a project questionnaire: your first and last name, your email, your phone number, the project name, the sector and the answers you gave.

If you upload example images in the questionnaire — your logo, photos, screenshots — the files are stored on Cloudinary and the questionnaire keeps only the link to each one. They are used to prepare your proposal and your prototype, and the system that builds the prototype looks at them with a language model (see “What reaches the model and what does not”).

When you visit a page: the page address, the language, the domain you arrived from, whether you came from a desktop, phone or tablet, the country as two letters, and the two codes explained in the next section. Neither your name nor your IP address is stored.

When you download the Optimizador: the same as for a visit, plus the version you downloaded.

To count how many distinct people visit without recording who they are, our server computes two codes from your IP address, your browser and a key only the server has. Only the result of that computation is stored: the IP address is never written anywhere, and neither code can be reversed to recover it. None of this is stored in your browser.

— The first one also includes the day's date, so it changes every day: it is used to count visits per day.

— The second one does not include the date, so it does not change while you visit from the same connection and the same browser: it is used to know how many distinct people visited over a period of several days. If you change connection or browser, it changes. We do not cross it with any other data or use it for anything other than counting.

What you send through the contact form or the project questionnaire also reaches our own server, where an internal system sorts it so we can reply sooner and better. To read it and prepare drafts, that system uses language models from Anthropic, which are in the United States: part of what you wrote, and the images you uploaded to the questionnaire, leave Argentina. See the section “Your data leaves the country”.

What reaches the model and what does not

— From the contact form: the subject, the message and the name you entered, so the draft reply can greet you.

— From the questionnaire: the answers you wrote in your own words, the project name and the industry. The options you ticked reach it as codes, not as text.

— The images you uploaded to the questionnaire — your logo, photos, screenshots: the model looks at them so the mock-up uses your brand and your photos. Before that they are scaled down and the hidden data in the file is removed, such as the place where a photo was taken. What can be seen in the image does reach it: if a photo shows a phone number, an address or a person, the model sees it. Only upload images you are able to share.

— The email address and phone number you enter in the form never reach it. Whatever can be seen inside an image you upload does: see the previous point.

What it does and what it does not

The model classifies your enquiry and writes drafts: a reply, a quote, a mock-up of how your project could look. None of them reaches you until a person has read and approved it. And the model does not set the price: our own system calculates it from our price list, and a person reviews it.

Anthropic deletes what it receives this way within 30 days, unless it needs to keep it longer to enforce its usage policy or because of a legal obligation, and does not use it to train its models. That is what it publishes in its privacy centre for those who use its API, which is our case.

If you do not want your enquiry to go through this system, email us directly at staff@ngt-servicios.com: emails to that address are read by a person and currently do not go through it.

There is currently no automated agent on our WhatsApp: the one we had on that channel is switched off. If we switch it back on, this section will say beforehand what it does with your messages, and the agent will identify itself as such: we will never let you believe you are talking to a person when you are not.

Your message arrives through the WhatsApp platform, operated by Meta Platforms.

Do not send us sensitive data on this channel

Do not send us sensitive data — racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, trade union membership, health or sex life (art. 2 of Law No. 25,326) — nor criminal or misdemeanour records (art. 7(4)). Nor passwords, banking credentials, verification codes or card numbers. We do not ask for them and we do not need them; if they reach us anyway, we delete them as soon as we notice.

How to opt out or ask for deletion

— To stop receiving messages from us: write BAJA in the chat.

— To have us delete the conversation and your data: write BORRAR MIS DATOS in the chat, or email us at staff@ngt-servicios.com stating the phone number you wrote to us from.

We apply an opt-out as soon as we receive it. Deletion is carried out within five (5) business days of receiving the request, in accordance with article 16(2) of Law No. 25,326, except for data that a law requires us to keep (art. 16(5)). Both are free and we will not ask you for explanations.

If you accept nothing, browsing the site installs no cookie at all. The only tool with cookies is Microsoft Clarity, which loads only if you accept it in the banner, and that decision can be changed at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of any page.

Which cookies exist, what the site stores in your browser without it being a cookie, and which other services your browser requests things from is detailed, name by name, in the Cookie policy.

Form data is used to reply to you, understand what you need and prepare a quote. Nothing else. It is not sold, not transferred for commercial purposes, and not used to send you advertising you did not ask for.

Visit data is used to know which pages are read and where people arrive from, in order to improve the site.

We share data only with the providers we need in order to operate, and only to the extent indispensable. All of them act as data processors, are bound by confidentiality and may not use the data for their own purposes.

We may also share data with competent judicial or administrative authorities where a valid legal order exists, and with our accountant where necessary to meet tax obligations, under a duty of professional secrecy.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not transfer it for commercial purposes.

We are saying it plainly because the law requires us to tell you who may receive your data (art. 6(a) of Law No. 25,326) and, to send it to countries without adequate protection (art. 12), we need your express and informed consent: in order to provide the service, some of your data is processed outside Argentina.

Brazil and the United States (our server, the site hosting, Meta, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft and the other services)

Our own server, where the system that sorts enquiries and its database run, is in São Paulo, Brazil. The rest of the services in the table process the data in the United States.

Neither Brazil nor the United States is on the list of countries with an adequate level of protection in article 3 of DNPDP Disposición No. 60-E/2016 (as worded by AAIP Resolution No. 34/2019). For these transfers we rely on your express consent, provided for in article 12 of Decree 1558/2001; on the data protection commitments those providers undertake in their contracts; and on technical measures: we send only what is indispensable, we encrypt communications, and we encrypt backups before they leave our server.

In the contact form and the project questionnaire, that consent is the box you tick before sending. For Microsoft Clarity, it is accepting analytics in the cookie banner. Google Fonts only receives what any site your browser visits receives — your IP address and technical browser details — and only when you reach the questionnaire's typeface question.

If you do not want your enquiry to go through the language models, do not use the forms: email us at staff@ngt-servicios.com and we will assist you that way.

Enquiries and questionnaires — along with any images you uploaded — are kept for as long as they serve the commercial relationship or accountability for work done, and are deleted when they stop being relevant or when you ask.

In the copy processed by the system that sorts enquiries, moreover, the text of your enquiry or questionnaire is deleted automatically six months after it is received.

Visit and download records are kept in aggregate for statistics. As they identify no one, there is nobody to return them to or delete them for.

You may request access to any data held about you, correct it if it is wrong, update it, or ask for it to be deleted. This is done by writing to the email at the foot of this page, and it costs nothing. These are the timeframes:

— Access: we provide the information within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the request, once your identity has been verified (art. 14(1) and (2) of Law No. 25,326).

— Rectification, update or deletion: within five (5) business days, in accordance with article 16(2), except for data a law requires us to keep (art. 16(5)).

The law guarantees free access at intervals of no less than six months, or sooner if you show a legitimate interest (art. 14(3)). In any case, we do not charge for any request.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory body for Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims brought by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with data protection legislation (AAIP Resolution No. 14/2018, art. 3).

If we send you communications for advertising purposes, we do so only with data that appears in publicly accessible documents, that you gave us yourself, or that we obtained with your consent (article 27(1) of Law No. 25,326).

You may at any time request the removal or blocking, in whole or in part, of your name from our database (art. 27(3)), and we remind you of this in every advertising communication. It is free, we apply it as soon as we receive it and you do not have to give any explanation: write BAJA on WhatsApp or email us at staff@ngt-servicios.com.

If you ask us, we will tell you the source from which we obtained your data and, if another database provided it, the name of its controller (art. 27 of Decree 1558/2001).

National “Do Not Call” Registry

Law No. 26,951 created a free registry where anyone can register their lines to stop receiving advertising. You can register at https://nollame.aaip.gob.ar. The law refers to telephone services; we apply the same criterion to WhatsApp of our own accord: if your number is registered, we do not send you advertising messages on WhatsApp.

The site is always served over an encrypted connection. Access to the panel where enquiries are read is password-protected and limited to site administration. No system is infallible, but reasonable measures are taken to keep data from being exposed.

This site is aimed at people over 18 and does not knowingly seek or collect data from minors. If you notice that a minor has submitted data, write to the email at the foot of this page and it will be deleted.

If what the site does with data changes, this page changes, and the date above reflects it. If a change is significant, notice is given on the site.

In development services, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook automation, and advertising campaign management, NGT acts as a data processor on behalf of its client, who is the controller of that data.

In that role we process the data solely on the client's instructions and we do not use it for our own purposes nor cross-reference it with our own databases. When the engagement ends we destroy it, unless the client expressly authorises us to keep it, under appropriate security conditions, for up to two years (art. 25 of Law No. 25,326). If the contract provides for returning it, we return it before destroying it.

If you are someone who wrote to the account of one of our clients, the controller of your data is that company and you should address your requests to them. Even so, if you write to us, we forward your request to whoever it concerns and let you know we did.
