A Pilates MAT studio that stopped running everything through scattered messages. It started as a site with a catalogue and grew into a full application: it sells monthly plans, a 101-page digital manual and its own clothing line, with an admin panel and an assistant that answers on its own.
The problem
The whole operation ran through Instagram DMs: schedules, prices, payment methods and manual sales all mixed in one inbox. There was nowhere to send someone who asked "how much is it?".
The solution
First, a site that works as both catalogue and answer: plans with visible prices, filters by product type and payment methods spelled out. Then the second stage: Mercado Pago checkout, shipping calculated by zone, an admin panel where the owner adds products and tracks orders without asking me for anything, and an AI assistant that answers questions using the studio's own information and an up-to-date view of the catalogue.
The outcome
The studio has one address to send anyone to, and enquiries arrive already knowing the price. The ones that repeat — timetables, how the method works, what each plan includes — are answered by the assistant at any hour, and the ones that need a person arrive with context already attached.
