Site for a Pilates MAT studio with in-person classes. It shows the plans, the socks kit and the cap with prices and a WhatsApp button, and sells a PDF manual that's charged through Mercado Pago and reaches the buyer on its own. Behind it, a six-tab panel: products, orders, the assistant, what Google sees, measurement and system status.
The problem
The whole operation ran through Instagram DMs: schedules, prices, payment methods and manual sales all mixed in one inbox. There was nowhere to send someone who asked "how much is it?", and every manual sale had to be charged and sent by hand.
The solution
A site that works as catalogue and as answer: prices in plain sight, an assistant for the usual questions and a WhatsApp chat that arrives with the product already named. The manual charges and sends itself, and if the email fails it retries and shows up in the panel. Measurement runs on the site's own server, with no cookies, and counts what matters: how many inquiries arrive over WhatsApp.
The outcome
The owner changes prices, photos, opening hours and what Google shows from her panel, without asking anyone. The manual sells at any hour without her touching anything, and if something fails the panel tells her before the customer complains.
