Orhize Pilates

A studio that used to sell through scattered messages and now charges, delivers and answers on its own. What follows are the site's screens, exactly as it stands today.

  • Node.js + Express
  • Mercado Pago
  • Claude API
  • Panel de administración propio
  • Resend
  • WhatsApp Business

The first screen doesn't explain what Pilates is: it shows the studio and puts the price one click away. The figures below are social proof the studio already had.

Catalogue

Three different things, one single grid

A monthly plan, a PDF manual and a pair of socks don't sell the same way, yet they live in the same catalogue. The tabs on top filter by category, and each card only offers the ways of buying that make sense for that product: the plan is asked about over WhatsApp, the manual and the socks are paid by card. The categories aren't hard-coded — they come from the products themselves, so they appear and disappear on their own.

Below the catalogue, the accepted payment methods. It's the most repeated question before buying, so it's answered before anyone asks.

Admin panel

The studio loads the catalogue, not me

Three tabs and nothing more: products, orders and the assistant. Rows are dragged to change the order, and that order is what a shopper sees. Price, type and category are edited right there. A catalogue somebody else has to update is a catalogue that's out of date in three months.

“Drag the rows to change the order they appear in the store”. The instruction is written right there, not in a manual nobody will open.

Checkout

The cart asks for just enough

Name and email, nothing else. The address shows up on its own, and only if there's something physical in the cart that has to be shipped. From there, two paths: pay with Mercado Pago or continue over WhatsApp, because not everyone buys the same way and losing a sale by forcing a single path is expensive.

That email field is the one that matters: it's the address the file is going to arrive at.

Delivery

The manual sends itself

This is the part a screenshot can't show, and it's the one that changes the business. When someone buys the manual, nobody at the studio has to do anything: the file arrives at the email address the person typed into the cart, at any hour, even if the sale comes in on a Sunday at three in the morning. The PDF doesn't live in a public folder anyone could guess — it's only handed over against a link signed for that purchase and that product, and the server checks the payment is confirmed before releasing it.

  1. 01

    The payment is confirmed

Mercado Pago notifies the server. What the buyer's browser says is not trusted.

  2. 02

    A link gets signed

It's valid for that order and that product. Another purchase's link downloads nothing.

  3. 03

    The email goes out

With the link inside, to the address from the cart. The studio gets its own sale notice.

  4. 04

    It downloads

The server checks the signature and the payment status again before handing over the file.

The file field says it plainly: sent by email automatically when the payment is confirmed. Uploading the PDF is the only thing to do, and only once.

Assistant

It answers what gets asked at eleven at night

An assistant that answers about the method, the classes and the catalogue's products. It replaces nobody: it takes the repeated questions — schedules, what the plan includes, whether the manual works for beginners — so the ones arriving over WhatsApp are those that genuinely deserve a hand-written answer.

It is configured by writing plain Spanish, not by programming: address, hours, method, contact. It knows the catalogue on its own, so its prices never go stale.

The rest of the site

Everything that used to be asked by message, written down once

The method, the frequent questions, and contact details with a map, opening hours and a form. It isn't filler: every one of those sections is a conversation the studio no longer has to repeat.

On a phone

Where the buying actually happens

Most people arrive from Instagram, and from Instagram you arrive with a phone in your hand. The catalogue drops to a single column and the cards can be tapped with a thumb without missing.
